I bought these brand new and never had the chance to use them or will need them anytime soon.
All tags still attached to felts. Totes are still in boxes and never removed.

GLWS - I really like mine because it makes it super easy to load wheels/tires into car without making a mess or damaging seats or trunk and for keeping them stored and clean between seasons. $60 new in box & shipped is a good deal!
