Had this kit on my 2009 E70 X5. This will fit all E70 X5's with a production date up to 04/11 (does not work with Trailer Hitch). Kit is currently painted Jet Black . Can obviously be painted any color. Comes with all pieces and all screws. Easy to install. Kit is $1200 primed and $1600 painted, just to give you an idea of the price when new. Shoot me a PM with an offer. The pieces are the front lower section (looks like a splitter) and rear section (looks like rear diffuser, but covers entire rear lower section. It really completes the look of the truck. I got so many compliments on this kit, especially from other X5 owners who did not even know about this kit as an option for theirs.
