Tire Size: 245/40/18 (If you have the OEM 123's, 124's, 138's or aftermarket 18's and are looking to make these your winter wheels, these are the tires you want).
Tread Life: 99% (I am not kidding).
Why I'm selling: These were meant for my 2007 530xi. As most of you know, I no longer own that car. My current E60 requires 19" winter tires now.
Where did I buy them from: TireRack
What I paid: $903 ($39 of that was shipping).
For those that remember last year, it was one of the mildest winters in Long Island's history and New York City for that matter.
They were mounted for 1 week and then removed. How far did the car go that week? It took my wife to and from work each day, during that week. Her office is 1.5 miles from our house. These tires still have the marker lines around the circumference of the treads. That's how new they are.
The funniest part to this whole thing is that I bought another set of 19" Blizzak LM-22 tires just recently, for my stock, 166 wheels. If things keep up, I'm going to open my own tire shop out of my garage. I have the following tires, now in my garage: Blizzak LM-25's, Blizzak LM-22's, Continental Sports and Bridgestone RFT's. The only tires that are for sale though, are the Blizzak LM-25's.
