Yes, the above guys flamed my post. At the time of my posting, I was a newbie to the wonderful world of the e60's, and did not know that AFE intake was crap with no gains. I was doing a bud a favor, but learned a valuable lesson, in not to buy performance products until I have researched enough on it, and have gotten some feedback from users of the product. My lesson learned was free, but unfortunately my buds lesson was costly, as he's still stuck with the AFE intake, which he paid over $300 for with shipping from Bavarian.

I was merely summarizing and sympathizing with the you, the OP, given your situation playing the middle man for a friend. You have received negative feedback from the members here (none of which I provided) that the product has a lousy reputation and that your friend will not get anything near what he expected for it, and almost nothing infact if he were to sell it here. Again, it sucks that you are in the position that you have to deliver suprisingly bad news. Definitely not flaming.
