Brett, call tire rack and order a shipping kit from them. Cost is $10 and well worth it. You'll need a approximately 4 rolls of packing tape in addition to the kit.

EDIT: Here is a pic of what they look like all packaged up. FedEx is the cheapest way to ship. No boxes needed.

Good call, didnt even think of that. I have boxes and everything but im sure the kit will be great. Obviously you know first hand. Shipped two sets in the last 7 months or so. Thanks buddy
