I haven't been aggressively selling my car but it has been almost 4 months since I got the M5 and my wife's getting on my case. I originally posted it on Autotrader and Craigslist for $51K. Then my sister-in-law was going to buy it but after several weeks of negotiating with her husband (my brother), they decided to go with an X5.
Anway, for a point of reference to anyone that's interested, Kelly Blue Book private party value for an excellent condition vehicle with the options I have is $44K. Good condition is $42K and fair condition is $39K. Those prices again are for a stock vehicle but I have a lot of upgrades on my car so I think the $44K asking price is fair.

Damn good price for a car in such good condition with reputable mods. Did you try craigslist yet? Also list it on e90post as well, I got a few hits from them when I had my car up for the lease transfer.
