You are being cool about the situation, if you bought these wheels without seeing them in person, you need to expect that the retailer will give you accurate information about the wheels! If they sold it to you on behalf of a customer, they need to take it back and give it back to the customer, ie. not your problem.... Probably not a great idea to risk reputation on a customer's faulty products.
