Because BMW has the worst customer service I've ever come across, and because the dealer has posioned anyone to service my car let alone getting a loaner. they are the lowest creeps I have ever come across. I had a MB for 4 yrs never had one issue with the service dept or anyone at the dealership. When a dealer treats a customer with such disrespect after spending close to 70k and the corp tells you that each dealer can really do whatever they want and they won't interfere why stay wih them. what kind of service can I expect from them better yet do I trust them.

what dealer in NJ? JMK is the best BMW dealer in NJ period.. please I hope you don't sell such a great car for such fools. I would go to JMK and tell them the situation.. im sure they can work with you. plus they have tons of loaners if not they will schedule you when when do..

My problem is when I was in the process of buying this current car I made a deal with one dealer that is equal distance to my home, I just for the heck of it called another dealer that I used in 2001 but there dealership is older not upto date lacks refinement but I called anyway. They had the same car and told me to come down they gave me more on my trade plus $1500 more off the purchase price. Now to go back to the first dealer with this car would not be cool. I would expect that they would not be to happy to see me. BTW I did call them and I did fell that it's going to be a little cold there. I'm not in a great position.JMK is about 25 miles from me so it's not that close. I'm really upn the air about the entire thing. I'm just so put off by the whole thing I want to start fresh, that being said the car is great I just don't know what I'm going to do. I can trade the car to the first dealer and take a 7K hit they have an 05 645 25k miles loaded would cost me 8k out of pocket or my MB dealer has a 07 SLK 55 with 1500 miles that would also be 7K out of pocket, I'm thinking hard about the whole thing.

So you have a pick of at least three dealers within 25 miles and you are suffering Many of us have one 50 + miles away with no options unless it is non-BMW. I would like your problem.
I think your missing the point. yes I understand that some of us travel farther for service but when you purchase a car from a dealer and are suppose to get the perks that go with that then that's taken away from you it does not sit well with me. I do understand your point though. Dealers can be tricky when you don't purchase your car from them.
