will the offset 18-20 get the flush look for E60?

10" wheels in rear might rub.

Won't you also need hubcentric rings since the hub bore on these wheels is 78mm, which is significantly bigger than our hub size.

Actually, if the rears are 20x10 et20, I think you would be okay with a 275/30/20.......... or a Nitto Invo 275/25/20 to be sure.

you wont get a flush look with these, youll need some spacers and youll need to get smaller tires to pull it off
