AFAIK originally these adapter cables is part of OEM retrofit bundle kit #61 12 0 432 110 just like in http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=46834 so not available separate or independently as there is no p/n for it, when I bought the retrofit kit for my LCI Xenon headlights conversion project the whole kit cost $38 + tax from local dealer and I think Garry Romani (BMW of Newport) quoted me $35 + s/h.

Yeah I know they get the lights to work, but not exactly sure what they dont do.
Shipping should be damn cheap since I could throw it in a oversized envelope, bubble wrapped on the inside of course.
