Although I hope this is not heresey to some of the members, a top-notch bed is more important than a fly exhaust (at least to me). Then again, after having had major back surgery last year, maybe I am not the typical hard core member on the score.

get the sleep number bed. I used to have back pains and with the sleep number bed, it's freakin awesome! I can put the bed as hard or as soft as I want that night. And there's settings for both sides. Easy to install and not heavy at all. I would NOT get another bed anymore. It's about the same price as other mattresses and DEFINITELY worth the money. When u go buy the bed, there's no bargaining (I tried) but I made them throw in some stuff or give me a discount on accessories.

I'm all better. Surgery (fusion at L5/S1) was May of 2008. It took about a year to fully heal but I was about 95% better within 6 months.
