There are pleantly parts in my local market in Greece. I found comfort seats for 1000 Euros as a replacment to mine.
Note that you have to reprogramm the car if it is for comfort seats.

Correct, replacements are possible for a reasonable price.

It's about EUR 3.000 including installation and coding. I had my cloth seats replaced with ventilated comfort seats with massage function. They are the best!
(EUR 3.000 is about USD 4.000)
