Shipping will likely come to something around $200 but you're close enough that you could likely pick them up in a simple day's drive. I'm located in Blacksburg where Virginia Tech is.

 

Can you sell only front seats?

 

I can sell them but there is very little value in the rear seats alone so it wouldn't move the price that much.
