Please tell me what else i will need to make these work?
Programming?
wire harness?
I want to make sure i know exactly what this upgrade will actually cost me because i buy and have them laying down in my house because i may not be able to afford the rest of the modifications needed.

If you want to change only tail lamps, all you need is this tail lamp and BRUCE retrofit cable, which is already famous here.
So, your final cost will be $480.00 + Bruce cable purchase...I don't know how much you would spend on Bruce cable. Hope to Find good deal

I don't have US spec in stock now, but as wholeseller, I can buy it from BMW and provide at very competitive price.
I assume it costs around $650? for pair as they are genuine OE.
(Including shipping from California)

Hella OEM lamps (Euro spec) comes from Korea. (They were imported from Germany to Korea originally.)
BMW OE lamps (US spec) comes from US.
I will get you exact price later.

I just assume yours is non-LCI as you mentioned "upgrade".
If you want to change only tail lamps, all you need is this tail lamp and BRUCE retrofit cable, which is already famous here.

I upgraded to the 09 LCI headlights a month ago so do i still need bruce cables since i now have LCI headlights?

As far as I've known, to upgrade headlights, you need go through full LCI retrofit process for head and tail.
If you have LCI tail lamps, it doesn't mean you have LCI headlamps.
If you have LCI headlamps, it means you already have LCI tail lamps.
Am I wrong?
I hope some specialist member adds clear answer for this one.
