My Ride: 2004 545iA - Built date 09/03, Sport Package, Alpine White III, Grey Interior, Cold Weather Package, PDC, Rear Electric Sunshades, Comfort Seats, Logic 7, Chromed BMW Style 124 18x8, 18x9 Wheels, M-Tech Aero Kit, Rear Trunk Decklid Spoiler, Tinted Windows, Valentine One
Modifications: RDSport Quad Exhaust, 20x8.5 and 20x11 HRE 943R, Vorsteiner CF Decklid, Dinan CAI
I believe this works only on a list of "approved mobile phones" by BMW. If your mobile phone is not on that list, you will have to buy a new mobile phone. By chance do you know what mobile phones are capatible?

i have 03/04 545i SMG with NAV and Voice Control, but no Bluetooth function in the Communication menu, but i have the cellular phone Motorola in snap in adapter
do i need this TCU?

I think mine is fine (according the part number labeled on it) but has to be enable.
How much did you pay for enabling of the BT Unit?

This sounds good but i want to know if i understand this right:
I have a '08 e60-520d, and no navigation, 6.5" iDrive, business audio. So by adding this device, i can get bluetooth in my car to use my phone, and can make and receive calls thru the iDrive. am i right?
Also, will this fit to my car with the specs mentioned above?
