E60 / 61 N54 Cobb Accessport V2 & AFE Cold Air Intake

Sold my E61 and have the following parts for sale
Cobb Accessport V2 - part # AP-BMW-001
Unmarried and ready to go. Includes case, original packaging, all cables, etc
$400 obo + shipping
Also have a AFE Cold Air Intake - part 54-11472
Used about 9000 miles - removed, cleaned, oiled, and ready to go just like new. Comes in original packaging and includes all hardware & spare oil/cleaner
$225 obo + shipping
Sell both for $550 shipped anywhere in lower 48 or Canada.
