Hey Medik,

thanks for recommending splicing the capacitor - seems to have worked.

Only thing I get is Reverse Light Left Faliure and then Reverse Light Right Faliure. Have you come across this? Anything to could recomend to solve it?

(sorry to hijack your thread)

I don't have a solution for you because I have not done the LCI xenon retrofit modification. I will be atempting it though. Maybe we can compare notes. I will let you know what I find out. Good job bro...

I am not doing a LCI conversion, just a straight forward pre-LCI halogen to pre-LCI bi-xenon

WOW... I thought I read in one of your post you had done the LCI retrofit. Anyway, I have never had a reverse light failure on any of my installs. Did you change the the tail lights also? If not pm me with exactly what you did and we will try and sort it out.

Sorry bud... I only have knowledge of Pre-LCI. For 2008, you should contact brabus and mount an aftermarket HID kit. This would work well because the Halogen on the LCI's already come with projectors. ASk him about the AE's as well. Sorry I couldn't help out more.
