Those are definitely Concept 1 RS 8. I have them in 19's. They seem to be very well made although I needed hub rings to make them fit.

 

Ok, I found them on the site, they are the Raven.

 

That's right!

The Raven and RS-8 are very similar. The Raven had a little more going on with the design than the RS-8, and it had the spokes that were slightly different, almost BBS looking, but not quite. I like BBS wheels, but I didn't like how they looked on my car.
