It might help to know what year bimmer they came off of then. They only have a lifespan of 7-10 years before the batteries start dying on them. Your price is fair for the four of them.

They came off 2008 E60 550i, removed few months ago, if lifespan is 7-10 years then they would definitely be non-functional, these are fully functional so how to explain but they were replaced at some point.
