That is pretty cool. Where can I buy something like that? Also, whats the diff between that and the one I already have? Does this just prevent movement on turns or what?

this is not OEM equipment off an M5 nor will it fit an M5.

strut bars are designed to reduce body roll on turns and tighten up the frame of the car.

the only other strut bar i've seen on an E60 is this one from turner motorsports.

It would be great if they made one that did cover the center of the strut, no way I can get one since the adjustment knob on my coilovers extends higher than the shock tower.

 

Found one other on eBay. Obviously from China, but hey, I bet you the $500 RDS one is made there, too.
