Second volume contains...the electrical system, equipment and accessories sections. Along with Electrical component locations, electrical wiring diagrams and on-board diagnostics

Since you keep trolling the forum to sell your scanned version of the manual.. do you mind elaborating on your eBay auction's statement:
"This listing complies with all eBay rules and regulations. The information is either in the public domain, we own resale rights to it or we are the publishers and sole copyright holders. No eBay rules have been violated with this listing."
Can you point to where this is in the public domain or something showing resale rights? This statement seems to be lifted from a number of other questionable listings on eBay. Since you only sell one thing on eBay I don't think you'd need a multitude of possibilities.. which is it? Do you have resale rights or is it in the public domain? I'll go out on a limb and assume you're not the copyright holder. ;-)

one of reasons why Bentley never did a PDF version is a copyright problems as PDF version is easy to share
i have both books and PDF for E39 and i never use book after i got a PDF
