I think +/- $700 for the set is probably fair, what do you think?

I've seen a few single tires on eBay for $145-200 with various tread wear.

There's a post on the M5 board with a guy trying to sell a set with similar wear for around $1,000

I think TireRack has them for about $1,150 a set, new.

I just want them out of my garage and didn't want to get into a debate on the thread about pricing that's why I just said "Make me and Offer"!

Nothing underhand! As far as I'm concerned it's first come first served!
