just to clarify, the phone would not be locked if it were stolen. when you tried to activate the phone, verizon would identify the phone as stolen based on the international mobile subscriber identity. I don't like to correct people, being i am not too smart or well versed on this subject.
that said, if it is not stolen, that is great. i should have just said, buyer beware.

you may want to throw it in the box, you may have better luck. all that aside, if it's legit, good luck with the sale, it is a good price.
