Never opened brand new (this was a gift from my daughter). Incorporates the new BTP micro-chip technology to apply the optimum charge. Uses cigarette lighter plug to properly charge or maintain your battery. $45.00 plus shipping. Model # 82110026663

Anyone know why one would go the cigarette charger route vs direct to the battery? Appreciate any input. Thanks!

Easiest and safest way of getting a low amp charge to the battery, pretty much stupid proof unless the fuse is blown. I just never knew the connection was live when the key is off.
