Yes a lot of E60s do have this and the aux jack in your center console is exactly what I am selling. Unfortunately, a lot of them do not have it and thats why I have decided to sell them. Bluetooth streaming is not possible through coding unfortunately but what you can do is install a bluetooth gateway in your center console and hook that up to your AUX which will give you bluetooth streaming. Blackberry actually makes a nice one that has great reviews. As far as other upgrades go there isnt anything except for activating Weatherband which really isnt much of an upgrade. I drive on Austin almost everyday lol. Good to hear from someone so close.
