I have a set of LCI taillights US Version with the red blinkers. I would like to know if anyone on this board would be willing to swap out for the EURO amber LCI taillights.

Just wondering, is it true that Euro version's LCI tailights lights up in amber?? so only the U.S has red blinkers? that's kinda odd to me

thats not odd, just the US DOT as usual and there are E60 LCI owners here that like the red better than amber!

Doesnt make sense to me that its a US DOT requirement. There are many cars in the US that have amber turn signals......

Yup, I am one of those owners...

To me, Red blinkers just looks so much more aggressive and meaner than amber!! Esp. with the new LED, makes a huge difference

But doesnt it take you like 2-3 secs more to realise that the person in front is not turning but actually braking intermittently.

I think people always want what they don't have so if the US lights had blinked amber, Jerry would have wanted them to blink red. hahaha

Yes, for the new 08 LCI model in U.S, we have the red LED blinkers in the rear, but still the amber blinkers in front!

I like the red blinkers, they have a more "solid" blink than the orange versions.........
