Like the topic title. I'm looking for a secondhand pair of M5 front brakes...Any suggestions?

I beleive you will need the brake booster also...

nope. booster not necessary. i have the m5 fronts on my car and the pedal feel is fine.

sparky- check on m5board.com- there's always members there selling extra parts.

i don't know, check on realoem or bmwfans. my 545 does not have the same booster as the m5, don't know if it's the same as the diesels.

The same modification have been made by a good friend of mine with the nickname Nicke60gr in his E60 without changing anything else apart from calipers, rotors and carriers and some hex bolts

No. He has a 520i and replaced the normal brake calipers and rotors with the complete front set of oem M5 brake calipers, rotors and cariers without further modifications
