Alpine mrv t320 and 10" alpine woofer/box

I have for sale a 2/1 channel amp Alpine v12 mrv-t320 220 watt bridged and a an Alpine Type s 10" woofer 300 wtts w/ an enclosure box.
This was purchased over a year ago and was in my brothers 360z for 2 months then he sold his car and sold me the woofer and amp. The 2 were sitting in my closet for a year now, and I was going to put them in my ride , but never did.
If you are limited in space and want something that bumps this is for you. The bass is very rich and deep for a tiny setup. The box has connections for RCA plugs. When bought the set was $320+ only asking less than half.
$150 for a system located in socal for pick up or I can ship. thanks
amp is 11 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches wide
box is 8 1/2 inches deep at the base then tapers to 6 inches at the top. 16 inches wide 15 inches tall
