So what's the best intake for 2008 550i LCI? I was just going to buy the afe stage 2 cold air intake 10 mins ago...

go with RPI scoops and a BMC/k&n/helene drop in filter

I, too, thought AFE was the route to go... but apparently not.

When people are talking about power loss... how much HP are we talking? I'd trade 1HP to hear the whooosshhh...

save your money. no intake system will give you any noticeable gains.
