ACS Style front lip in POLYURETHANE!!!! CHEAP!

I just found a deal for the ACS style polyurethane front lip. It's from the E46Fanatics forums, for only $179 + shipping.. 
omg.. Oh yeah, and if your worried about if they are legit, i did some research, and they seem to be really big with the E46 guys, they are also sponsors on the forum. So they're credible.

According to the picture, it doesn't seem to have fitment problems like the one from EBAY.
EDIT: Sherman, from factor one garage, informed me that they are not ending the sale till the end of the month.
