I have a new car coming and need to sell this one. This car is in showroom condition. Only 22k miles. (I'm still driving it, so it will be more at time of sale) Silver Gray metallic with Black leather interior. Cold weather package (heated steering wheel), Premium sound package (Logic 7 w/6 disc changer in glovebox), automatic transmision, universal garage opener, glass moonroof, auto-dimming mirror, dark wood trim, fold down rear seat w.ski bag, lumbar support, heated front and rear seats, Park distance control, Xenon headlights, adaptive headlights, navigation system (includes the most recent ROM release), BMW all-weather floor mats included. This car has been well maintained and has the most recent software upload installed. Fast, powerful and very smooth. If you haven't driven a V8 5-series, then you are missing out. They are wonderful cars. The in-service date for this car was August 26, 2004, which means that the warranty is good until August 2007. The wheels are unblemished (a little dirty as you can see in the pictures....I have since cleaned them) and have roughly 50% treadlife remaining. I will send the car to the detail shop for a hand wax and through cleansing before the sale.

Wow...I completely forgot to include in the post. My asking price is $41,000 but make an offer and let's see if we can come to an agreement. THe car is honestly like new and still has remaining factory full warranty. Thanks

If the service in date on your 545 was August 2004 then the warranty expires in Aug. 2008, NOT Aug. 2007 (as you stated in your ad). BMW has a 4yr/50k mile warranty - just an FYI.
