what's the condition of the wheel? and I'm not familiar with the offset, will it fits 08' 528i

Condition is very good, it will fit 08, 528. there is a little rubbing on my right rear tire. I used to have 275s and it doesn't rub. I ordered them from iforged for my car. so the offset is for bmw 5 series.
