Correct. E9X offsets work very well for E60 XDrive models. Standard E60 series need something in the ET15 - ET20 range. You can run these on a RWD E60 with at least 10mm spacers front and rear, although I'd probably go 15 or 20mm.
One thing to consider is that you will likely get a deeper concave by just going with the correct RWD offsets. That said, the OP is offering these at a very attractive price, especially considering the condition of the tires.
