Why did one of the tires need replacing? Also, looks like the rim that needs the replacement tire is badly scratched. Did something happen to the wheel, is the wheel still balanced?

The wheel was damaged when the tire was removed. The wheel will be fixed and new tire mounted.

If you read an earlier post there were complaints about (dropped545) response time on his pm's. I (saf545) his boy figured I would step in an help him being that im online alot. Regardgless he is selling the wheels and yes I took and posted pics for him.
