Dave, as promised by you, I received my V3.0's today (Friday 8/24). I had them installed in one hour and did not have to remove the headlights. I did take off the metal piece covering the radiator/ fan belt to get better access. The hi beam light (which is also my DRL) came out easily but I had to use a regular needle nose pliers to loosen the stock angeleye. The V3.0 was much easier to install than the removal of the stock angeleye. I took pics which I will post later. I need to call you regarding a whiter DRL. The DRL lamp I now have is too yellow in contrast to the ultra while angel eye.

I was one of the original group buy customers for your first release. You were going to get back to me regarding setting up a swap at your location since I live pretty close and go by on my way to my daughters college, but I never heard back. Now you have another release and I want to upgrade so what can you do for me? Also, when is the V4 version going to come out? I would hate to do this more than once.

Just wanted to say thanks to Dave for good customer service. I sent my defective V2.0's back and was told I would either get mine repaired or replaced. Much to my surprise, I got V3.0 in the mail today. Removal and install of these things is huge PITA (with or without removal of the headlight assembly. I've done both). Getting the upgrade seems like adequate compensation. Thanks again, Dave!

Big thank you as I got mine yesterday, didn't get chance to install mine till today as its been at the dealers then at the audio work shop having some bits done.
Installed them in about half an hour, would have been quicker if I'd remembered about the one square lug that needs to be facing upwards.
I didn't have to remove the lights or any of the engine surround, I guess I have small hands.
I'm very pleased with the final look:
