Future, if you buy these lights the best option for you would to buy bruce miranda's plug and play cable setup. You will need these cables to avoid any reprogramming by the dealer. These lights are selling for 550? I didnt even look but i was thinking that was his price. So if the lights are 550 and the cables are around $400 then you are paying $950 for the lights. The cables and the lights work together and do not need to be programmed by the dealer! Hope this clears everything up for you!

As Bruce was trying to say it's a more than a cable! I'm sure his outsourcing to another company is not to the scale where it's going to cost less. If he can't get a group buy together for a couple of handfuls he's not going to be able to see benefits of mass production. If you can't afford them there's no need to whine about it just keep your old lights. If you want to price an OEM solution I think you will find Bruce's modules a great deal.

Good luck with the sale BTW!

Well said.

Bruce no doubt ur cables are top notch quality. I'm a wiring guy myself (see above, I've retrofitted angel eyes on to cars many times), the quality of your kits are great and the time and effort you put into designing them shows. However, you said the V6 cables are now being mass produced by another company (IE you are no longer producing them by hand). Myself and others thought that this would result in quite a price drop, however, instead it resulted in a price increase...
The problem was I did two things at the same time, I completely redesigned the kit, chose to use more expensive components and then I outsourced this. So the costs balanced out, that said the V6 have NEVER been more expensive than the previous V5. Its manufactered in the UK and everything is still handmade and individually tested. Also the enclosure and stuff are also all custom made for this kit.

P.S. : To let you into a secret, the company who is manufacturing the kit themselves thought this project to be a piece of cake - its only when they did the first batch they realised how much work was involved in this. They are constantly trying to send me away to someone else for my future production. But I have the price they committed to on paper and I hold them to it. Even now they only produce the units and I still have to do the wiring, crimping, OEM plugs etc myself. It all adds up.

It might be expensive but it's far cheaper compared to getting a LCM and the whole shabang.

[First off guys, I was not whiny or complaining about them, all I said they were to high in price so that is the cause for me to sell them, that all everyone is entitle to opinion gosh you guys are worst then women lol
Sorry didn't mean you were whinny...

I agree they are expensive but then a LCM from the dealer will be even more expensive. The LCI lights look great but not worth it in my opinion, when I've done every other mod possible then I might think about it.
