I do not beleive that letter even an M will confuse a Nissan with a BMW.

My Ride: 525i M-sport, carbon black, beige leather.
Worse than the the Nissan "M" is the "M" I have seen on the company cars of people who work for this company in the UK. I was following an employee of this company the other day who was driving a Ford Focus with the Mitie "M" on the back of his car.

Nissan/Infinity needs some boost for their mediocre cars.
It's a common fact that Japanese and Koren car manufactures are copycats.
But this court case is from Canada.
It's really dubious marketing to say "The M's are coming" meaning Infintys,
as the new BMW M3 is also introduced.
Personally I hate looser copycats!

HUmmm oh wells... I bet the judge was just a BMW hater. but now I dont care... ya it can get confusing but its not as unique as it once was... even mercedes badging crosses over with BMW now too so I see how people can get consused... I hate when people say I want a Mercedes 550. I go 550 WHAT!??? E550 S550 SL 550 CLS 550 ML 550 better yet BMW 550, 550 what????

My Ride: 2004 BMW 530i - no mods. Pretty basic really. I mean it has tires, windows, and a sweet look, what more could a man want? Honestly, I'd like to improve the sound system mildly, and possibly find a worthy engine mod that would increase my BHP by 100 without giving an arm and a leg for. I don't think it's out there, so I'll stay stock and love driving my 530i.
I'm confused... is it M or W? Wait, is it E - ugh, I'm no good at this... fok!
