On the topic number 3, click on the slide presentation it will say that China is buying the BMW plant in brazil and they will try to copy the technology hmmmmmmm.

I think the idea is that a Chinese automobile manufacturer is simply taking apart an engine assembly plant in Brazil, transporting it to China and reassembling the plant in China. The machinery is probably higher technology than currently is available there. It is also most likely cheaper than purchasing all the individual pieces of machinery separating and then having to come up with a clever new design. Copying BMW engines is less important to them than possessing a last generation top quality engine assembly line at a more reasonable cost.
