It reads as if comfort was the key factor rated - probably why they didn't go with a Sport package.
The handling on the XF sounds impressive: BMW 550i is comparable to the Jaguar XF, but isn't as comfortable and is soundly beaten in driving dynamics.

A sport package with non-runflats M172's would probably do better...

My Ride: 2011, X6 Hybrid . Alpine White , every option. 20" Conti' NON runflats,OEM trunk spoiler , LUX V3 AE's , HP Thunder Fogs , custom front bumper reflector delete........
The 5 has been an Icon in this segment for so long now it's no wonder that some competitors are meeting or beating it in certain measures............... it's the cost of being "THE" benchmark.........I'll be staying put though

Well having a GS450H i wouldnt compare to those cars I would use the LS460 or 460h doesnt seem they comparing apples to apples to apples. The GS model is the sport sedan not a sedan with sport suspension etc. It should go up against the E350 and the 535i
