Yes, they were in I believe an issue of Road and Track back in May 06 I believe. They did a side by side comparison of the 550 6 speed vs. the Lexus Hybrid.
It was either Road and Track or Car and Driver. I have the magazine issue at home but I cant remember whick one it was.

hollywoodtrash got a 5.1 unadjusted using my G-Meter. I'm sure with more practice and runs he can lower it to 5.0, 4.9 or even less. Brian1225 will be doing some runs as well soon. He's got the 550 that appears to be faster than hollywoodtrash's.

My Ride: 2006 550i Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Anthracite Maple Wood Trim, Cold Weather Package, Premium Sound Package, Sport Package, Steptronic, Navigation, Electric Rear Sunshades, Heated Rear Seats, Sirius Radio
Road and Track got a 5.0 0-60 with the manual.

I havent been able to find the article from road and track, I have only found the video with bmw vs. lexus, anyone have a link to the article?

Was that in the video or was it a print story, I need to find the print story but havent had any luck....
