Well. Let me explain how things work in this country. Let's say i'm a politician from the current elected government. I also have a construction firm that is not in my name of course. I talk to some of my politician friends about funding for some roads paving. Since they are my friends/allies in the government, and get their cut they say sure no probs... let's allocate 1mil $ for it (example...). I say great, i know this good construction firm that will do it at a lower price then 1 mil so the rest of the money is ours to pocket. Of course the construction firm is mine and of course i will use cheap materials for the paving process. The total deal will cost me like 300k $ for example. I say it will cost like 700k and the rest of the 300k can be shared between my friends who are doing the funding (voting for it actually cose it's the tax payers money anyway). So 700k - 300k = 400k witch i pocket nicely, they pocket their 300k and everyone is happy. Of course since i will use crap materials, next year the roads will look like crap again so i can be happy again too. That's how stuff works around here....

i know .. i come from bulgaria, what more could you say. You know how much we spent on the new soon to be built thrace Motorway > 450 million euro for 120km ! and if thats not robbery >?

anyways i had an m3 when i was 18, so i dont judge you
