Exhaust = Active Autowerke http://www.activeautowerke.com/
Rims = HRE P40

Rims are about $5.5K+ (depends on the size) w/o tires.

If anyone follows racing, that is Tony Kanaan's brand new M3. He owns a lot of nice rides. He had two E46 M3's supercharged.
