You can always change it

Excellent move, thinking about doing the same thing. My wife is tired of her E320, and after seeing your pictures just now she would like us to go to the dealer today . Everytime she drives my E60 she always admires its handling and feel, I mean what do you expect from the "Ultimate Driving Machine"

Those pictures of the E60 and E90 side by side makes me appreciate the choice I went with, so much more. I went from settling on an
'06 325 ->'06 330 -> '05 530 -> '06 530 -> '05 545. I was trying to be conservative and settle for an E90. I guess I screwed up by test driving a 545. It was all over after the test drive. I told my salesguy I'd be content with a 330 and he asked if I'd be happy being content. Obviously not. I have no regrets with my choice. I don't think there's another car (for the same price) on the road I would choose over a 545. Thanks for the pics.

I actually didn't buy it till August 2005. I considered a used '05 530 but the dealer discouraged me from getting a used car. I also considered an '06 M3 right before making my decision on the 545 but figured the body style will be outdated in the next year or two. The dealer told me the 550 was 6-7k more for 35 horsepower if I wanted to wait. I thought 325hp is plenty for me, and it is. There's more prestige in driving an E60 because eventually E90's will be a dime a dozen. Funny thing is, I'm seeing more and more E60's on the road.
