Where did you hear about the twin turbo diesel engine being fitted into the current E53 X5? My dealer says that BMW have told the dealer network that the twin turbo engine will not make it's way into the current model but will be fitted to the new car in 2007 which makes sense. I am thinking of ordering an X5 4.8iS to replace my E60 but would hold out for a twin turbo diesel version if I could confirm that this model will be produced.
