Well since I like to visit bmwusa.com every other day. I noticed the New 3er is on there now. A nice intro page with a bunch of information.... But I'm pissed off... What kind of crap is this.. That lousy 3series comes with One Touch Button to turn on and off and we paid a good $55kplus for our E60's not to have that option.. Thats BS..
Anyone else want to go off here with me?

I got pissed, too. However, current picture on bmw website shows clear lense all around headlight, but the one in US will have some amber surrounding which is uglier than the one in E60

Dont be too pissed at this. I think its just a gimmick.
I went to the launch of the one series that has this feature. You still need to insert a key into a socket and only then do you press the button on the dash to start the car.
To stop the car you need to press the button again otherwise the key will not release. I found the two action starting and stopping routine a pain in the butt.
The assisted start in the E60 is far cooler.

The Audi system is better. Leave the key in your pocket. Car unlocks by itself, get in, press button, drive away.
BMW are way behind. Even Renault have this.
