The 2nd one is a bit different and imo it's a bit different then the reality...look at the tail lights at the 2nd pic. Hmmm.
Anyway allready it shows that bigger rims and a bit of styling and some real pics that would do it justice might change opinions. I bet it will sell like hell.

I think the first pic is photoshopped when the E90 first came out. The real coupe taillight is looking somewhat similar to the facelifted 7 series. I'll try to find the picture later.

I just couldnt hold from posting E60 pictures as well. I dont know how to appreciate how well they design our car. Just looking on the lines makes me fall in love...
