My search is finally over....
As some of you know, I've been looking to buy an M Coupe for almost a year now. Last week, the dream became a reality.
With few dead Benjamins in my bag,

I hopped on a early flight to Chicago. Paul (seller) picked me up at the airport and we went to the nearest parking lot where I inspected the car and we changed ownership.
At around 10:15 am I started driving home from O'Hare. The car felt awesome. Tight, composed, planted. The tires were a bit hard/noisy, but I didn't care....
First pit stop for some gas/food:

Somewhere between Chicago and St. Louis, the car hit 88888, I thought it was pretty symbolic...

Somewhere between St. Louis and Tulsa:

Sunset just right after Tulsa:

After I left Tulsa, it started to rain. Thunderstorm was so bad that I had to slow down to 40 mph at times.... It rained all the way to home.
Fort Worth met me with pouring rain and non-stop thunder/lightning, it was surreal!

But finally, at around 3 am, I made it home:

The Coupe desperately needed a wash!

Lots of stuff planned for the car. Some of the stuff will have to go (like blacked out turn signals and kidneys, and wheels), some stuff will be added, but most will stay as is.
The car is well setup right now. This is not all, but most mods:
Conforti Intake with New Amsoil oil-free filter
Shark Injector
B+B Exhaust (Normal, cans and tips painted black)
H&R, Bilstein
Swapped Front Hats (-3/-1.5 F/R camber, 0 toe all around)
Ireland green subframe bushings
UUC TME Red with caps
Racing Dynamics and Energy Suspension Sway Bushings
Whalen Shift Machine
BMW OEM radiator, water pump, thermostat and housing, coolant, belts, hoses, tensioners, ATE Super Blue racing brake fluid @ 85K, New OEM battery @ 75K.
Rear wiper delete, Redline fluids in trans. and differential.
Overall, the word HAPPY is not even beginning to describe it. Its the dream came true. Need to add another car to the sig now, I guess...

Awesome car, the M Coupe never seems to get the credit it deserves but it's a future classic you have there.
Congratulations and enjoy!
