Yes boys that bad, we went at it from the verrazano bridge for about 6 miles he had me all the way .The only time i would be in front is when id do better zigs than him but wow didnt thibk it would be that bad......

Well, from another post just a couple of days ago you had apparently hit a pothole and had bent rims and bubbled tires. Perhaps that had something to do with it.

In the uk my BMW dealer went to a launch day for the 535d sport, a 535d sport and a M3 were neck to neck around the track and the M3 had a fration of a second at the finish line, now considering that the M3 is much lighter than the 535d sport it just go's to show that in real driving the 535d sport is a impressive match for the M3.

My Ride: 535d Sport in Carbon Black / high gloss shadow line and beige leather / dark poplar with professional nav, bluetooth phone prep, CD changer, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, servotronic steering, folding mirrors, heated comfort seats, TV, extended voice control and Logic 7 hifi.
I went up against an M3 at the 1/4 drag strip. He we only 0.4 seconds faster than me, which isn't huge in my opinion given the very different natures of the car. I look forward to doing it again once chipped!
