So I've been window shopping for a potential replacement for my beloved 530i. I've thought of really stepping up to the plate and getting what I REALLY want....an M3 (current body style although I love the old ones too! ).
But finding one certified here in Cali seems to be somewhat rare(roughly 2-3 of every 20 I find are certified and yet all have pretty low miles).

Are M3s super high maintenance, or just really expensive to fix?

Input greatly appreciated.

Cant buy any M car without it being certified or having a legit warranty. Too expensive to maintain without a warranty.

Keep looking

Thanks PP
Taking it from someone that owns one, I'll keep to that advice.

u dont really need CPO/extended warranty if you know a reputable shop. If you know a reputable shop near NorCal, do it. If not, GET the CPO/extended warranty!!!
