That's from Romania if i'm not mistaken. I have the same video on my hdd in the title says m3 burout at the seaside. But i may be wrong, although that M3 looks VERY VERY familiar. We have a tuned E36 m3 that colour and with exactly those rims here in Bucharest. May very well be it.
